    Each piece is made to order with love and care. Please allow 2 weeks for a shipping confirmation.

    You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please note that shipping couriers need 24-48 hours to process an order prior to tracking.

  • What is Mutinta's return policy?

    Unfortunately, we are not accepting returns at this time.

    However, send us an email and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

  • Delivery issues?

    We cannot guarantee changes or order cancellations. Please reach out to us via email with the subject line "Cancel/Order Change" as well as your order number and we will do our best to help you!

    Kindly note that Mutinta is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they are deemed "delivered" by the courier service. We are also not responsible for damages or loss if the customer decides to reroute the shipment to a third-party location for pick up.
